Sea Grapes Eatery + Wine Lounge is a collaboration between owners Julie Featherston and John Barkett of Barkett Realty and one of St. Pete's most celebrated chefs, Alex Rodriguez and his wife, Kelly Rodriguez-Laureano. This exciting new concept features mural work by prolific artist Derek Donnelly. The combination of Barkett Realty and this brand-new eatery will offer an entirely new way to engage with the booming real estate scene in the Tampa Bay region. John Barkett and his partner, Julie Featherston, combined their love of wine with their beach-living lifestyle as St. Pete Beach residents to create a comfortable and inviting environment for both locals and tourists.
